O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, while granting bail, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/-and also directed to deposit an immovable property document to the tune of Rs.3,00,00,000/- at the time of executing the sureties. As per the order passed by this Court, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.1 Crore, and when the petitioner has produced the immovable property to the tune of Rs.3.5 Crores, which is stands in the name of a third party, the Judicial Magistrate refused to accept the surety.

2. Considering the said submission, the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1645 of 2021, dated 16.02.2021 in paragraph 8(b) is modified as follows:- "8.(b) the petitioner shall deposit an immovable property document to the tune of Rs. 3,00,00,000/- at the time of executing the sureties, and the said property may stand in the name of the petitioner or his close relatives or his friends." 2/4

3. The other conditions remain unaltered.

4. Registry is directed to incorporate above paragraph in the Order of this Court in Cr.O.P.No.1645 of 2021 dated 16.02.2021 and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner.

5. Time is extended for a further period of one week for executing the sureties, from the date of receipt of a copy of the amended Order.
