The petitioner seeks direction upon the respondent/Police to register a case and investigate the matter in accordance with law on the basis of her complaint, dated 27.10.2014.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent/Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending in P.N.Prakash,J

sd C.S.R.No,127 of 2014 and C.S.R.No.89 of 2015, upon the complaint given by the petitioner.

In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with direction to the second respondent/Police to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible, and proceed further in accordance with law by registering a crime, if any cognizable offence is made out, by following the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in re Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others reported in [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
