When the Writ Petition was listed for hearing on 27.6.20178, there was no appearance on behalf of the writ petitioner and the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 28.6.2018. Even today i.e., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on 28.6.2018, when the matter was called, none appeared for the writ petitioner.

2. In the light of the fact that there was no appearance on behalf of the writ petitioner, it is evident that the writ petitioner is not willing to get along with the matter and therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
