C.M.P.No.2228 of 2024 in S.A.No.62 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J., The above petition is filed to recieve the certified copy of the documents, namely, 1. Partition deed dated 12.12.1954 registered as Document No.2477 of 1954 and 2. Sale deed dated 05.09.1962 registered as Document No.2002 of 1962.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the petition being ordered and the said documents being recieved and marked by this Court.

3.Accordingly, C.M.P.No.2228 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for and the documents are taken on file and the partition deed dated 12.12.1954 registered as Document No.2477 of 1954 is marked as Ex.A.19 and the sale deed dated 05.09.1962 registered as Document No.2002 of 1962 is makred as Ex.A.20.
