Respondent Prayer : Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to furnish a detailed statement of accounts specifying the manner in which the ECGC claim of Rs.18,64,04,059/- and the sale proceeds of already sold properties have been appropriated, including an itemized breakdown of the application of each payment towards principal, interest and any other charges as requested by the petitioner vide its letter dated 1.8.2024.
