Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.6145/2014 Sa.Pa, dated 03.02.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 5 to disburse the arrears of the retirement benefits to the tune of Rs.2,62,752/- together with interest to the petitioner.

The learned counsel on record for the petitioner would submit that she has no instructions from the petitioner.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent, by referring to the order passed in W.P.No.170 of 2017, would submit that the death of the petitioner had already been recorded by this Court as early as on 01.02.2023. 3.A perusal of the prayer would show that the relief sought is for disbursement of arrears of retirement benefits. Since no steps have been taken 2/4
from the year 2023 onwards, there is no purpose in keeping the present Writ Petition pending without any progress.
