O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation the F.I.R.No.291 of 2014 dated 15.12.2014 from the second respondent herein to any other independent investigating agency not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that FIR in Crime No.291 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact'.

3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
