This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.625 of 2015 from the second respondent police to CB-CID. 2.

Heard Mr.J.Vincent Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

In view of the facts, this Court does not find any reason to transfer the investigation in Crime No.625 of 2015 from the second respondent police to CB-CID.

4.Accordingly the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and to file final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
