When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the sole petitioner died. Even then, the legal heirs of the petitioner did not take any steps to implead themselves as parties to proceed with this petition.
2. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
