These petitions have been filed (i) to recognise the 1st appellant as the legal heir of the deceased 2nd appellant and to bring on record the 8th and 9th petitioners as legal heirs of the deceased 2nd appellant (ii) to condone the delay of 542 days in filing the petition (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd appellant and (iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd appellant.

2. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

3. Office is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and post the appeal for final hearing on 27.03.2024.
