These Second Appeals are filed against the Judgment and decree dated 26.11.2004 made in A.S.No.2 of 2004 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Ranipet, confirming the judgment and decree dated 31.07.2003 made in O.S.Nos.363 of 1995 & 147 of 1998 on the file of the learned District Munsif and Judicial Magistrate No.1, Walajahpet.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this court to withdraw these Second Appeals as not pressed and filed a memos dated 10.11.2022 to that effect.
