O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.04.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported that the sole petitioner/accused died and hence, this Court directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to produce the death certificate of the petitioner.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing a copy of the death certificate is produced before this Court and on perusal of the death certificate, it reveals that the petitioner died on 03.04.2021.

3.In the light of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
