This petition has been filed to amend the petition in Crl.O.P.No.575 of 2024 in every paragraph i.e., para 1 to para 8 including the prayer portion as the petitioner/accused 6 instead on the petitioner/accused 5 and further in the first para as the alleged offence under Section 302 IPC @ 147, 148, 302 IPC r/w 120b IPC instead of the alleged offence under Section 302 of IPC.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances, this petition is ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petition and list the main case on 31.01.2024.
