ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of his appeal dated 26.11.2025 pending on the file of the second respondent.

2. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the second respondent if the petitioner's appeal dated 26.11.2025 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 26.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal dated 26.11.2025. No Costs. 29-01-2026 RKM
