Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant Extend the Time granted by this Honourable court on 29.12.2021 made in C.M.P.no.20907 of 2021 in C.M.A.No.3581 of 2021 [IN CMP.No.2128 of 2022] Order : This Miscellaneous petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.PASS ASSOCIATES on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- The above petition is filed for extending the time granted by this Court on 29.12.2021 in C.M.P.No.20907 of 2021 in the above CMA for a further period of 8 weeks.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for the time being extended by 3 weeks instead of 8 weeks as requested. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Therefore, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, accordingly, the time granted for paying the balance amount of Rs.3,00,000/- is extended by three weeks from today, i.e., on or before 23.03.2022.
