A.No.1738 of 2024 in C.S.No.576 of 2016 P.B.BALAJI, J., This application has been filed seeking permission of this Court to carryout the amendment in the Plaint in C.S.No.576 of 2016. 2.On perusal of the affidavit, it is seen that final decree has been passed by this Court in the above suit. However, while carrying out the amendment, subsequent to order in A.Nos.3896 and 3897 of 2021, the amendment was carried out only in the final decree application and not in the main suit. Hence, the present application has been necessitated. 3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this application and I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application.
