This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to direct the first respondent police to investigate the complaint dated 06.12.2018 for which the first respondent issued a CSR Certificate in CSR No.1635 of 2018 and file a final report before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout her remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
