The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Law and Order, Tiruppur City, has filed action taken report, as directed by this Court by orders dated 15.11.2019 and 02.12.2019. It is stated that departmental proceedings has been initiated against the named persons and they were called for to submit their explanation and the same were received and under scrutiny. Hence the learned Government (Crl.Side) seeks time to complete the departmental proceedings.

At his request, time is given till 27.02.2020. List on 28.02.2020 for filing of compliance report.
