ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 29.07.2022, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8258 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to re-present the charge sheet in Crime No.198 of 2016 within a period of two weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent represented the charge sheet in Crime No.198 of 2016 and the same has been taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.33 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sulur.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
