This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No.2007 of 2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3.Today, Ms.S.Anusuya WGHI 27929, G-3 Kilpauk Police Station is present before this Court.

4.On instructions, learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation in Crime No.2007 of 2015 has been completed and draft Charge Sheet is ready. Recording the same, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to file the Charge Sheet/Closure Report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
