Respondents in W.P.15082/2007 COMMON PRAYER: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.2977/A2/2007 dated 16.03.2007, 22/03/2007 & 16/03/2007 respectively and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and direct the first respondent to extend to the petitioner the benefit of the order issued by him in Na.Ka.No.2977/A2/2006 dated 12.01.2007. C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.2977/A2/2007 dated 16.03.2007 and seeks to quash the same and further to direct the first respondent to extend to the petitioner the benefit of the order issued by him in Na.Ka.No.2977/A2/2006 dated 12.01.2007.

2. When the matter was taken up on 13.10.2020, at the request of both counsels, the matter is posted today. Even today, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learend Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the prayer in these Writ Petitions were granted to the petitioners even in the year 2015 itself and also they have got all the monetary benefits eligible to them. He has produced the copy of the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.7570/C3/2020 dated 22.10.2020 in this regard. Therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioners in the Writ Petitions may be dismissed as infructuous.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, nothing survives for further adjudication in these Writ Petitions. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
