W.M.P.No.1859 of 2022 in W.P.No.230 of 2022 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.

and K.KUMARESH BABU, J.

This petition has been filed by the 3rd party, seeking to intervene in an issue regarding community certificate. Of course, the 3rd party had filed a Writ Petition, challenging the order of the State Level Scrutiny Committee earlier and the said Writ Petition was entertained and allowed on the sole ground that the State Level Scrutiny Committee had not taken the report of the District Level Vigilance Cell before it passed orders. 2.Now that the procedure prescribed under Kumari Madhuri Patil Vs. the Additional Commissioner, Tribal Welfare has been followed by the State Level Scrutiny Commitee, the petitioner namely, the 3rd party has no cause to complain and hence, this petition to implead is rejected.
