This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking for extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of six months to render the final award. 2.Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondent.

3.It is brought to the notice of this Court that arguments on the side of the claimants have been completed and the arguments on the side of the respondents and final Award alone has to be passed.
