Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5598/A6/2018 dated 19.02.2018 on the file of the second respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to deploy Junior most Tamil Pandit working in the fourth respondent school if one post of Tamil Pandit is found surplus for the academic year 2018-19.
