This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case on the complaint preferred by the petitioner on 06.11.2014 and investigate the case and punish the said Mr.K.Velmuran and Mr.K.Karvannan in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.Nos.156 of 2014 & 157 of 2014 and they have been closed on 02.11.2014. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.
