The petitioner has filed this petition to call for the records of the complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C. read with 138 and 142 of Negotiable Instrument Act in C.C.No.115 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned

Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Dharmapuri and quash the same.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 23.07.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 27.07.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on 27.07.2021, once again there is no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 29.07.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but so also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
