The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to withdraw C.C.No.3582 of 2012 from the file of the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore and to transfer the same to any other Court.
2.The petition has been filed seeking transfer of the case, however, no allegation is made against the Judicial Officer. The petitioner has simply averred that he is not able to fulfil his wife's expectation. On this sole ground filing criminal original petition seeking transfer of the case from one Court to another is un-sustainable.
3.Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all the 1/3 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
issues before the Trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closed.
