ORDER

It is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that as against the order of the Writ Court dated 28.11.2023 passed in W.P.No.7487 of 2022, the respondent has preferred an appeal in W.A.No.2247 of 2024, in which, the Division Bench has deferred this Contempt Petition vide order dated 05.08.2024.

2. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the Contempt Petition, when the Hon'ble Division Bench has seized off the matter. However, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.

3. With the above liberty, the Contempt Petition stands closed. 24.09.2024 Index: Yes/No Sni Cont.P.No.286 of 2024 2/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
