2.This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent in Proc.R.No.68583/H3/2006 dated 12.03.2007 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to register the petitioner's APE model Diesel Auto rickshaw bearing Chasis No.FHB 480645 Engine No.R & B 0364693 in the place of the existing vehicle bearing registration No.TN 07 E 2809 which is covered by a contract carriage auto rickshaw permit.

3.The impugned order was passed in the year 2007 and after a lapse of 19 years, nothing would survive for adjudication in this writ petition.
