This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned Refusal slip in RFL/Ambur/1/2022 dated 12.01.2022 passed by respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to register the documents presented by the petitioner for registration without insisting for production of original parent documents.

2. When the matter was posted on 26.04.2024, there is no representation for the petitioner Hence, this petition was posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
