ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner on 23.01.2019 and enabling the petitioner to file the nomination by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2019.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has prayed for police protection to the petitioner on 23.01.2019 so as to enable him to file his nomination for the society election, but now the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
date on which the petitioner sought for police protection namely 23.01.2019 is over and hence the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
