2. It is seen that, this Court on 09.01.2026 dismissed the petitioner's bail in Crl.O.P.No.332 of 2026 by stating the following reasons: "6. Considering the nature of the allegations and the fact that the petitioner had remained absconding for a long period after jumped bail, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner."
3. Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition has been filed. Hence, considering the fact that earlier merits of the case was already considered and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier anticipatory bail petition.
