ORDER
The civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the trial court to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.281 of 2025 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sriperumbudur
2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for bare injunction against the respondents. Pending suit, the petitioner also filed an interlocutory application in IA.No.2 of 2025 seeking temporary injunction. The said IA has not been
taken up for consideration for some time. Therefore, the petitioner has come before this court.

A perusal of the e-court adjudication filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the respondents filed the written statement on 05-12-2025 and also filed a memo seeking to adopt the written statement as counter in IA.No.2 of 2025. Thereafter, the IA has been simply adjourned for enquiry without any progress.
4. Taking into consideration the respondents filed a memo requesting the Court to adopt the written statement filed on 05-12-2025 as counter in IA.No.2 of 2025, this Court is inclined to direct the trial court to dispose of the IA.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.281 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible.
5. With this direction, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
