2 The writ petitions have been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations as per the provisions of the Street Vendors [Protection of Livelihood Regulation] Act, 2014 made for granting permission/certificate of Vending and till such time not to disturb with the running of the petitioners' bunk shop mentioned in the respective petitions.

3. The case of the petitioners is that they are running bunk shops in question for several years selling tea, coffee and food items and now, the officials of the second respondent are trying to interfere with the same and hence, they had sent representations to the second respondent, but, since no order has been passed on their representations, the present writ petitions are filed.

4. Contending that, in similar situations, this court had directed the Vending Committee to consider the representation, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks for a direction to the said Committee to consider their representation.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is of the view that it is suffice to direct the Vending Committee to consider the representations of the petitioners and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of three

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS IV) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar ssk.
