This petition has been filed seeking to quash the investigation in Crime No.639 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police herein.

3. The facts of this case is covered by the reported Judgment of this Court reported in 2018 2 LW (Crl) 606 [Jeevanandham and others Vs. State Rep. by Inspector of Police and another]. Accordingly, the FIR in Crime No.639 of 2018 is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected Crl.M.P.No.1126 of 2019 is closed.
