Prayer in Crl.R.C.No.31 of 2020 : Petition praying that in the circumstances, stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to set aside the order dated 02.11.2019 made in C.M.P.No.1760 of 2019 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal and to allow the above Criminal Revision Petition.

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition, directing the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- before the jurisdictional Tahsildar as non-refundable deposit in Crl.R.C.No.31 of 2020, by an order dated 13.01.2020.

Since the offence involved in the case is under the Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed under order dated 13.01.2020 by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.31 of 2020.
