Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents, pertaining to the order of the 1st respondent in Lr.No.187/CAI/AU/2014, dated 18.03.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to grant extension of approval/affiliation to the Petitioner Institution in respect of the existing courses namely B.E., (Computer Science) - 60, B.E. (Electronics Communication) -60 and B.Tech. Information Techology)-60, B.E(Electrical @ Electronics)-40, B.E. (Mechanical) - 60 for the academic year 2014 - 2015 onwards.
