Seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent police to register the petitioner's dated 23.03.2015, forwarded by the 2nd respondent and investigate the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On reading the complaint, it discloses that there is a dispute between employee and employer. In view of the nature of allegations, no positive direction can be given and therefore, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner, to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
