Second Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.666 of 2007, dated 31.08.2010 on the file of the Fast Track Court No.IV, Chennai, reversing the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.779 of 2006, dated 09.10.2007, on the file of the VI Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the sole appellant died on 13.09.2023 .
