ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents to initiate appropriate action on the complainant given by the petitioners dated 29.12.2014 directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioners at the instance and instigation of the trio viz., B.V.Nagarajan, B.N.Murali and L.M.Gopinath, the petitioners have come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It appears that joint complaint has been given by the petitioners to the respondent police.

4.Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to give fresh individual complaints to the concerned Station House Officer and on such complaints being given, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and proceed further as per the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
