On 24.04.2023, when this second appeal came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellants reported "No instructions" for the appellants. Therefore, the Registry was directed to issue notice to the appellants and print their names in the cause-list after serving notice on them. Accordingly, notice was served on them.

2. Today, though the names of the appellants are printed in the cause-list, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants either in person or through counsel.

3. In view of the above, this Second Appeals is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

4. Registry is directed to send the records back to the concerned trial Court immediately.
