This petition has been filed to implead the National Board of Wildlife as 4th respondent in W.P.No.25092 of 2022.

2. Heard Mr.C.Seethapathy, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Venkatasamy Babu, learned Senior Panel Counsel, who takes notice for the impleading/proposed 4th respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, W.M.P.No.1907 of 2023 is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter for filing counter affidavit by the impleading/proposed 4th respondent after two weeks.
