The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Criminal Revision Petition has been withdrawn, but the notes papers of the learned Judicial Magistrate was so far not sent to the Trial Court. Hence, a direction may be given to the Registry to return the notes papers of learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track, Vellore.

2. Considering the above submission, the Registry is directed to return the notes papers of learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Vellore forthwith.
