This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the FIR on complaint dated 18.01.2021.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that on receipt of the petitioners' complaint, no action has been taken. Hence, the above petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, petition is pending for enquiry.
