When the matter is taken up for admission today, Ms. R.V.Gayathri, learned representing counsel for the petitioner submits that as the learned counsel for the petitioner on record were attending other Courts, they could not attend the hearing today. She further submitted that the suit in O.S.No.3443 of 2017 on the file of VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai has been settled out of Court and seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and she has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

2. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
