ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order in E.P.No.45 of 2017 in A.R.C.No.224 of 2016, passed by the Additional Sub-Judge No.1, Cuddalore.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the revision petitioner/Judgment Debtor has submitted that he will undertake to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- per month to the Decree Holder towards the decree amount, till the entire amount is cleared out and the Caveator/Decree Holder also has no objection for the same.

3.This Civil Revision Petition is allowed on the above condition. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
