ORDER

It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that with regard to the same set of occurrence, the second respondent police have also registered a case in Crime.No.2970 of 2015.

2.The grievance of the petitioner herein is one and the same. It is always open to the petitioner to putforth his grievances during the time of investigation in crime no.2970 of 2015. Accordingly, the present Criminal Original Petition stands closed.

3.Since, the investigation is pending from the year 2015 onwards, the second respondent is directed to file a final report / charge sheet within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
