(CRIME NO. 139 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 am. till filing charge sheet in Crl.M.P.No. 10253 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 14403 of 2021 on 06.10.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.P.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.10253 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14403 of 2021, dated 06.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly.

In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 1st day and 15th day of every English calender month, until further orders. -sd/- 04/03/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
