ORDER
This petition has been filed challenging the proceedings pending before the Court below in C.C.No.4257 of 2014.
2.The respondent Police on completion of the investigation, have filed a final report for an offence under Section 353 of IPC.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Court below has taken cognizance for an offence under Section 341, 326 and 506(ii) IPC.
4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to entertain this criminal original petition at this stage since this case did not even order notice when it came up for hearing in the year 2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.In view of the above, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the Court below in accordance with law and raise all grounds before the Court below.
In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
