This Petition has been filed seeking to implead the petitioners herein as further respondents in the Writ Petition.

2. The petitioners claim that they had been provisionally selected for the post of Sub-Inspector of Police and that if any orders are passed in this Writ Petition, they would be directly affected. It is therefore contended that they are necessary parties to the Writ Petition. 3 In view of this reason, this Petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment before issuing order copy impleading the petitioners herein as further respondents in the Writ Petition.
